Frank Abay is the President and visionary behind Miami Guns and Range. With a career spanning over 20 years in the high-stakes world of security detail and tactical training, Frank has built a reputation based on discipline, precision, and a deep-seated commitment to safety.
A seasoned veteran of the security industry, Frank’s expertise goes far beyond the boardroom. He is a Class K Statewide Firearm Instructor (Florida) and a certified NRA Instructor, dedicated to elevating the standard of firearms education for both civilians and professionals. As a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, he ensures that Miami Guns and Range operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
Beyond his tactical training, Frank is a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and a recognized martial arts expert. This background in hand-to-hand combat and personal defense informs his holistic approach to security—believing that true protection is a combination of the right tools, the right training, and a disciplined mind.
